Dear Erasmus students;
There are some documents that you need to submit to our department before Erasmus, during the program (in case of course changes) and upon return (after the return procedures are completed with the EU Office).
You can follow these processes, which are the responsibility of the student, using the tabs below. It is important for your graduation that you submit your documents on time and get the necessary signatures. You can contact our Erasmus Coordinators for information about document submission and deadlines.
Before Erasmus

During Erasmus

NOTE: Upon your Erasmus return, you must first contact the EU Office. Then, in order for your procedures to be completed and your grades to be recorded on your transcript, you must send the above-mentioned documents to our Erasmus Coordinators via e-mail. Otherwise, you will not be able to make course selection as your student status has not been activated.
