Required Forms and Documents

If our students fill in the petitions or forms given in the links for the following situations and submit them to their departments, the necessary action can be taken on their petitions or forms.

1. Students who want to change their branch should apply to their department with a petition.

2. Students who want to add or delete courses within 7 days after the Add-Delete week should apply to their department with a petition.

3. Students who cannot take the midterm exam due to an excuse should apply to their department with a petition and attachments.

4. Students who wish to appeal their course grades should apply to the Dean's Office Student Affairs Office with a petition.

5. Students who want to get permission to participate in a competition to be held within the scope of the sports festival should apply to their department with a petition.

6. Students who want to take the three-course exam must apply to their department with a petition.

7. Students who want to delete the failed elective course(s) must apply to the Department with a petition.

8. Students who want to take courses from other universities must apply to the Department with a petition and attachment.

9. Students who want to freeze their registration due to a valid excuse should apply to their department with a petition.

10. Graduating students who will apply to Summer School must apply to their department with a petition.

11. Students who are entitled to enroll in our faculty with the Vertical Transfer Examination should apply to their department with a petition for equivalency. Click here for the equivalency chart and information to be filled by the departments.

12. Students who are eligible to enroll in our faculty with the Transfer Examination must apply to their department with a petition for equivalency. Click here for the equivalency chart and information to be filled by the departments.

13. Students who are eligible to enroll with the Transfer Exam (Additional Article 1) must apply to their department with a petition for equivalency. Click here for the equivalency chart and information to be filled by the departments.

14. Students who are eligible to enroll with the Higher Education Institutions Transition Exam (YGS) must apply to their department with a petition for equivalency. Click here for the equivalency chart and information to be filled by the departments.

15. Students who wish to receive an associate degree must apply to their department with a petition.

16. Students who wish to receive minor education at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences should apply to their department with the Minor Application Form and its attachment.
