In today's business world, the ability of businesses to survive and compete depends on their adaptability to change. Managers who question, think in many ways, are dynamic, equipped with sufficient knowledge and skills, are forward-thinking, can make strategic decisions, focus on creating, using and sharing information, directing people they work with for common goals, and aiming for continuous development, can manage the change process successfully. It is aimed to provide a level of academic education to the participants with the Master's program in Management, Organizational Behavior and Organizational Behavior so that they can see the businesses through the eyes of managers. At the end of the program, it is aimed to provide the participants with the skills to discuss methods, approaches and models related to business management and organizational behavior, to conduct research in social sciences, and to integrate information about business management with different disciplines.
